- Derives canBlogWrite in +layout.server.ts the same way as canAnnotate.
- Adds Geschichten link to AppNav (desktop + mobile, between Stammbaum and Admin).
- Adds error_geschichte_not_found mapping to errors.ts and translation keys
for the Geschichten index, detail, editor, and confirmation copy in
de/en/es.
- Adds isomorphic-dompurify-backed safeHtml() helper with allow-list
matching the backend OWASP policy (p/br/strong/em/h2/h3/ul/ol/li),
plus Vitest spec.
- Updates legacy spec test data so the new required canBlogWrite layout
prop type-checks.

Six categories of breakage:
1. date.ts — add formatGermanDateInput(raw: string): string as a pure
function covering both digit-stream auto-dot and manual-dot-with-padding
modes. Refactor handleGermanDateInput to delegate to it. Fixes 16 failures
in date.spec.ts where the function was imported but didn't exist.
2. Admin layout specs (groups/tags/users) — $effect fires on initial mount
with manualCollapse=false, so the spy captured 'false' before the click's
effect ran. Fix: move spy setup after render(), add await setTimeout(0) to
flush Svelte effects before asserting.
3. DashboardMentions — component now renders a persistent
"Benachrichtigungsverlauf ansehen" link, making getByRole('link') strict-
mode violations. Fix: scope link queries to the actor name, and check
absence of the actor link (not all links) in the no-documentId test.
4. Conversations page — empty-state copy changed from "Wählen Sie zwei
Personen aus" to "Korrespondenz durchsuchen". Update the test.
5. Login page — AuthHeader adds a second aria-label="Familienarchiv" link.
Use .first() to avoid strict-mode violation.
6. Persons page — alias is rendered with German quotation marks „…" not
straight quotes "…". Update the test string.

Replace Playwright locator .click() calls with native DOM element.click()
for all tests that trigger Svelte 5 delegated onclick handlers ($.delegated).
Playwright's CDP-based synthetic events don't propagate through Svelte 5's
document-level handle_event_propagation delegation mechanism, while native
DOM .click() does.
Also replace locator.click() with element.focus() for onfocus handler tests,
and add cleanup() to afterEach in all spec files missing it to prevent test
pollution between runs. Fix TagInput.svelte to use untrack() when reading
bindable state after an await to avoid track_reactivity_loss errors.

The persons list search input used value={data.q || ''} bound directly to
server data, so every navigation completion would reset it to the URL value
mid-typing, dropping keystrokes just like issue #34 on the home page.
Apply the same focus-guard fix: introduce local `q` state, a `qFocused`
flag, and a guarded $effect that only syncs URL → state when the input is
not focused. Adds a regression test matching the home-page pattern.
