MissionControlStrip is a document-processing pipeline visualiser — it
imports document-domain components (SegmentationColumn, TranscriptionColumn,
ReadyColumn) and belongs in the document domain. It was placed in
shared/dashboard, creating a shared → document coupling that the upcoming
boundaries rule would block.

Dashboard loader fetches /api/documents/incomplete?size=5 plus the
existing /incomplete-count and surfaces both via data; +page.svelte
renders EnrichmentBlock with the top 5 docs, the total count, and the
bannerCount state bound to DropZone's onUploadComplete callback
(issue #296).
The block returns null when there is nothing to show, so dashboards
without pending uploads stay uncluttered.

The tag-change $effect called triggerSearch() immediately (no debounce).
When the user toggled AND/OR within the 500 ms debounce window, the prior
navigation would complete and reset tagOperator back to AND before the
debounced search fired. The toggle now calls onSearchImmediate, which
clears any pending timer and fires triggerSearch() synchronously.

Reads ?tagOp=OR from URL in +page.server.ts, passes it to the backend
search endpoint, and surfaces it via the filters return. +page.svelte
initialises tagOperator state from filters, writes it back to the URL
in triggerSearch(), and binds it to SearchFilterBar.

dashboard grid. Renders without the backend running (Promise.allSettled
isolation keeps failures silent).

Restructures the dashboard to a lg:grid-cols-[1fr_300px] split:
- Left column: DashboardRecentDocuments (with stats footnote)
- Right column: DropZone (canWrite) + DashboardNeedsMetadata (flex-1)
Adds showRightColumn guard (canWrite || incompleteDocs.length > 0) so
read-only users with a complete archive never see an empty 300px ghost
column. DashboardMentions is removed from the page; the file is kept.

Home and Admin had no horizontal padding below the sm breakpoint (640px),
causing content to bleed to viewport edges. Admin's flex justify-between
row with h1 + 4 tab buttons overflowed by ~110px at 320px.

Home page shows "Needs metadata" card when incomplete documents exist.
/enrich list shows all incomplete documents; /enrich/[id] provides a
split PDF-preview + compact form view with Skip / Save / Save & reviewed
actions that auto-advance through the queue.
New document page gets Save vs Save & reviewed split. Edit page gets
"Mark for review" secondary button to push a document back into the queue.

Adds window-level dragenter/dragleave/drop listeners that detect when
the user drags any file into the browser. The drop zone expands from
py-3 to py-10 with a softened highlight, giving a clear visual cue
that dropping is possible anywhere on the page.
Uses a drag-counter to correctly handle the dragenter/dragleave storm
that fires as the pointer moves across child elements.

In light mode, border-line-2 (#eeede8) was nearly invisible and
accent (#a1dcd8, mint) was too light for hover text. Switch to:
- border-ink/20 — navy-tinted dashed border, readable in both modes

The sync $effect on the home page unconditionally overwrote the local `q`
state with the URL value after every navigation. When users typed faster
than a navigation round-trip (debounce fires → goto() → data reloads),
the completed navigation wrote the stale URL value back into the input,
dropping the characters typed in the interim.
Guard the `q` assignment in the effect with a `qFocused` flag (set via
onfocus/onblur on the text input). Covers issue #34.

Extract all hardcoded German strings from every .svelte file and component
into Paraglide message keys. Add complete translations for all keys in
messages/en.json (English) and messages/es.json (Spanish/Mexico).
