Three test files were written against the old API shape (raw `message` field) before
the statusCode i18n field was introduced, or used the wrong `expect` import path:
- ImportStatusCard.svelte.test.ts: `@vitest/browser/context` does not export `expect`
in this project's Vitest setup — use `vitest` like every other test file.
- page.svelte.spec.ts: FAILED mock lacked `statusCode`; assertion matched old German
raw message instead of the i18n string for IMPORT_FAILED_NO_SPREADSHEET.
- page.svelte.test.ts: same pattern — mock lacked `statusCode`; assertion checked for
raw backend string "database error" instead of the rendered i18n text.

Fixes all remaining failing tests in the browser project. Root cause in
every case: Playwright CDP-based clicks/keyboard events do not reliably
trigger Svelte 5 onclick/onkeydown handlers. Pattern applied throughout:
- Buttons / result items: native `.element().click()` or
`dispatchEvent(new MouseEvent('click', { bubbles: true }))`
- Keyboard events: `dispatchEvent(new KeyboardEvent('keydown', { key }))`
on the target DOM element
- TipTap selection: `element.focus()` + Selection API +
`document.dispatchEvent(new Event('selectionchange'))`
- ProseMirror focus for onFocus: `dispatchEvent(new FocusEvent('focus'))`
Also fixes pre-existing content/logic issues found during analysis:
- ChronikErrorCard, BulkDropZone, CorrespondenzHero: stale i18n strings
and wrong ARIA role (combobox not textbox)
- RichtlinienRuleCard: beide beispielInput + beispielOutput required for
arrow to render; querySelectorAll to get last code element
- admin/system/page: vi.unstubAllGlobals() in afterEach; strict-mode
heading selector; per-call mockResolvedValueOnce for dual-card page
- DocumentList: add total prop + result count paragraph (test relied on it)
- PersonTypeahead keyboard navigation: pressKey() helper with native
KeyboardEvent dispatch replaces userEvent.keyboard()
- PersonMultiSelect: native element clicks for result selection and
chip removal; keydown dispatch on result div for Enter key test

OcrTrainingCard and SegmentationTrainingCard now live on the dedicated
OCR overview page. System page no longer fetches training info.
SegmentationTrainingCard updated to use shared TrainingRun type.

Blockers resolved:
- localStorage key collision: UsersListPanel/GroupsListPanel/TagsListPanel
now each use their own key (admin_*_list_collapsed)
- $effect autocollapse replaced with $derived(autocollapse || manualCollapse)
across all three list panels (Felix — Svelte 5 rule violation)
- groups/new: add READ_ALL and ANNOTATE_ALL to available standard permissions
- Mobile back-to-list links added to all five detail panel headers (md:hidden)
so users landing directly on a detail URL on mobile can navigate back
- onDestroy(() => stopPolling()) added to system/+page.svelte (Tobias)
High priority resolved:
- Permission labels in groups/[id] and groups/new now use Paraglide i18n keys
(admin_perm_read_all, admin_perm_annotate_all, etc.) across de/en/es
- $derived used for permission arrays (reactive i18n) — Felix Svelte 5 rule
- UserGroup type in +layout.server.ts now uses generated API type (Markus/Felix)
- discardTarget annotation changed to variable-level type annotation
Accessibility (Leonie):
- EntityNav tablet icon strip buttons: min-h-[44px] for WCAG 2.5.8 compliance
- Flyout focus management: openFlyout() focuses first link, closeFlyout()
returns focus to the trigger button that opened it
- Flyout animation replaced: broken inline style -> transition:fly={{ x: -160 }}
Tests (Sara/Felix):
- localStorage key assertion tests added per panel
- localStorage.removeItem calls updated to use the panel-specific keys
- page.server.spec.ts added for groups/[id] and tags/[id] delete actions
- Polling lifecycle tests added to system/page.svelte.spec.ts
Note: Paraglide types for new admin_perm_* keys regenerate automatically on
next npm run dev (Vite plugin). No manual compilation step needed.

Adds a new card on the System tab that triggers the existing
POST /api/admin/trigger-import endpoint. Status is polled every 2 s
while RUNNING and stops automatically on DONE or FAILED.
IDLE/RUNNING/DONE/FAILED states each render distinct UI feedback.

Moves the system maintenance panel out of the old tab-based admin page
and into a dedicated route. Renders maintenance cards with spinner state
and success message on completion.
