feat(auth): migrate frontend from username to email-only authentication
...
- Login page: email input replaces username field (type=email, name=email)
- Login server action: reads email, uses i18n error for missing credentials
- AccountSection: email input (type=email) replaces username text field
- New user server action: sends email as required field, drops username
- UsersListPanel: displays and searches by email instead of username
- Admin edit user page: heading and delete confirm use email
- Profile page: fullName fallback uses email, drops @username display
- app.d.ts: email required on User, username removed
- Generated API types: AppUser.email required, username removed; CreateUserRequest.email required, username removed
- i18n: login_label_email, login_error_missing_credentials, admin_col_login updated (de/en/es)
- errors.ts: MISSING_CREDENTIALS → login_error_missing_credentials

feat: add PDF annotation feature ( #40 )

Backend:
- Add ANNOTATE_ALL permission
- Add ANNOTATION_NOT_FOUND and ANNOTATION_OVERLAP error codes
- V10 migration: document_annotations table with page/rect/color/owner
- DocumentAnnotation entity, AnnotationRepository, CreateAnnotationDTO
- AnnotationService: overlap detection (rectangle intersection), ownership enforcement on delete
- AnnotationController: GET (authenticated), POST/DELETE (ANNOTATE_ALL)
- 15 new tests (AnnotationServiceTest, AnnotationControllerTest) — TDD red/green
Frontend:
- AnnotationLayer.svelte: pointer-event drawing, colored rect overlays, delete buttons
- PdfViewer.svelte: annotate toggle, color picker, loads/saves/deletes annotations via API
- Disabled annotate button with tooltip for users without ANNOTATE_ALL
- canAnnotate exposed from layout server, passed to PdfViewer
- errors.ts + de/en/es translations for new error codes
- 3 new unit tests for AnnotationLayer — TDD red/green

feat(frontend): replace logout button with user avatar dropdown in nav
...
Show user initials (e.g. MM) in a circular button when name is set,
or a fallback person icon. Clicking opens a dropdown with links to
/profile and a logout form.
