Marcel	0058b297d8	fix(search): enlarge sub-12px text for senior legibility (#739 review) ... Leonie (UX): the toggle pill (text-[7.5px]) and loading subtitle (text-[9px]) were below the 12px floor for the 60+ audience. Bump both to text-xs and the toggle icon to h-3.5/w-3.5. Marcel	fb00c7818e	feat(search): add SmartSearchStatus full-area panels (#739) ... Loading panel (role=status, motion-safe spinner + pulsing subtitle) and combined error panels: 503 (red icon + switch-to-keyword button) and 429 (amber clock icon, no action button). 5 vitest-browser-svelte specs.
