Mappe Visual Redesign
Reskin the whole app to the unified "Mappe" archival design system for a consistent look across every page. This is an ALIGNMENT effort, not a greenfield build — the token system, dark mode, the app header, and the Geschichten/Zeitstrahl/Aktivitäten sections already exist. Work is split into (1) shared components — close out the token foundation and extract the missing primitives (PageHeader, Avatar/avatarFor, SegmentedControl, Card, MetaLine, EmptyState, StatusDot, ArchiveHeader), then (2) pages — align each screen to its hifi prototype. Ground truth: design_handoff_familienarchiv_redesign/ (DESIGN_RULES.md, _AUTHORING_KIT.md, prototypes/*.dc.html). Admin + OCR pages are deferred to a phase-2 milestone. Briefwechsel was dropped.
