Marcel 9f044f429c fix(bulk-upload): enlarge scroll button touch targets to 44×44px ...

Prev/next scroll buttons were 24×20px, below the WCAG 2.2 SC 2.5.5
minimum of 44×44px. Changed to h-[44px] w-[44px].
