fix(i18n): wire AppNav hamburger aria-label through Paraglide messages

Replaces hardcoded 'Menü öffnen'/'Menü schließen' ternary with
m.layout_menu_open()/m.layout_menu_close() so the mobile nav toggle
announces correctly in EN and ES locales.
