style(dashboard): address @leonievoss — scale fallback icon to match larger container

h-16 w-16 looked undersized in the 180×252 strip container (~25% of the height). h-24 w-24 gives ~38% visual weight, matching the ratio DocumentThumbnail uses for its lg (120×168) fallback (#309). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com>
